I work alongside executives to get things done: finance, legal, people, go-to-market and the systems underneath. No problem left unsolved, no challenge too big.

Fig. 01 · The short version

Reza plating a dish at a restaurant kitchen pass, order tickets on the rail above

I’m the person executives bring in when something has to work and there isn’t a playbook for it yet.

I shipped eight flagship launches at Apple, helped scale Twitter’s engineering org from 45 to 75 people, led engineers across six locations at Meta, and built Atlas Metrics’ security and compliance from zero. I have also founded four companies and sold two of them.

My work sits alongside the CEO and the leadership team: finance, legal, HR, partnerships, sales and the systems that hold it all together. I’m as comfortable in a codebase as in a forecast or a contract, and when the right tool doesn’t exist, I build it.

Away from work I host dinner parties, shoot portraits and events, travel as much as I can, snowboard, and take my coffee seriously.

How I work

  1. 01

    Prep before service

The forecast, the contract and the launch checklist are done before anyone asks for them.

  2. 02

    Taste as you go

At Capch we ran a build, measure, learn loop every week, fed by in-person research and watching people use the app.

  3. 03

    Keep a clean station

At Atlas Metrics that meant rebuilding HRIS, device management and access control, and cutting more than €100K a year in spend.

  4. 04

    Know when to 86 it

When usage data showed Capch’s core feature was the wrong one, I wound the app down and kept the transfer engine. It became Graith CTS.

03 / Story

Fig. 03 · Seed to cup

Every good cup goes through the same six stages. Here is how mine went.

  1. A coffee seedling breaking through dark soil

    01Age 13

    Planting

It starts earlier than you think.

I started my first company at 13. I have been building and running things ever since.

    • First company at 13
  2. A hand picking ripe red coffee cherries from the branch

    022011 to 2016

    Picking

    The first real harvest.

I co-founded The Diary, a digital-health platform that put a patient’s own record in front of their doctor. As CPO I owned product and partnerships, grew the team from 4 to 12, and saw it through to an acquisition.

    • ~$3.9M raised incl. Series A
    • Team 4 → 12
    • Acquired, 2016
  3. Coffee beans drying on a raised bed, raked into rows

    032016 to 2021

    Processing

    Stripped back to what matters.

Military service, then three years as Director of Operations for a construction company running field teams of about 50. This is where I learned to plan, sequence and deliver under pressure, on time and on budget.

    • 20+ multimillion-dollar projects
    • ~95% on time
    • ~98% on budget
  4. Coffee beans tumbling in a drum roaster

    042021 to 2024

    Roasting

    High heat, fixed ship dates.

Eight flagship launches at Apple. Engineering manager at Twitter, then Meta. On the side, I took an EV rental business from $12K to about $500K ARR in under a year, and sold it.

    • 8 flagship Apple launches
    • Twitter org 45 → 75
    • $12K → $500K ARR
  5. Freshly ground coffee falling from a burr grinder

    052024 to 2026

    Grinding

    Fine, even, every time.

Head of QA at PREMATCH, where I built the release process from nothing. CISO at Atlas Metrics, taking the company to GDPR, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 readiness. Then Capch, from idea to public beta in eight weeks.

    • Delivery ~40% faster
    • €100K+ a year saved
    • 30+ builds to the App Store
  6. An espresso shot pouring into a small glass

    062026, now

    Brewing

    Everything in one cup.

Everything from the earlier stages, in one cup. Today I work alongside executives across finance, legal, people, go-to-market and the systems underneath, and I’m building FullDrop on a patent-pending transfer engine I designed.
